• Computronix does not stock hardware or software; therefore, no orders are returnable or refundable unless agreed in writing by the customer and Computronix prior to the order being placed.
• Delivery is based upon stock availability at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates only, and Computronix shall not be liable for delays.
• Any stated response times are for Computronix supplied services. 3rd Party involvement may require additional time.
• Computronix may use any amounts on deposit to offset any delinquent amounts due to Computronix.
